About Interviews with Preschool
How to make an appointment for a meeting
There are two interview slots from 1:00 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. Please note that the number of available slots depends on the age of your child.
From 1:00 p.m.: for children 0, 1, and 2 years old only.
From 1:30 p.m.: For children 3, 4, and 5 years old.
※If you have two or more siblings, please reserve two slots on the same day from 1:00 p.m. and 1:30 p.m.
※The interview will last for 30 minutes. This is an important time for us to hear about your child. Please make sure to arrange a time for your child to attend.
※This is an important time for you to talk directly with the teachers. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the teachers directly.
※Please note that the teachers will be working in conjunction with their regular duties.
If you need to be absent due to unavoidable circumstances, please let us know in advance.

Please be sure to submit the following forms prior to the interview.
***Documents in all Japanese, we will guide and support you after the reservation!
