1. About MyPage

We issue a MyPage using the email address registered at the time of booking.
You can use it to check the information on the program you booked, update your child's information, and update your family information.
Since this is the page for procedures related to the Japan Preschool Exchange, we recommend bookmarking it so that you can check it anytime.

2. Updating Your MyPage

Once you receive the My Page guide email, please make sure to log in and update the following information.

Here's a summary of the areas to update. For details, see here.
 
  • If this is your first time participating in the program:
  1. Respond to preliminary questions from My Reservations.
  1. Add additional information about the child who will attend the preschool this time from Children's Information.
  1. Register information for all household members other than the child participating in the program from Family Information (regardless of whether they will accompany or not).
 
  • If this is your second or subsequent time participating in the program:
  1. Answer preliminary questions for the upcoming reservation from My Reservations.
  1. Update information about the child who will attend the program this time from Children's Information (not necessary if there are no changes).
  1. Register new children if needed.
  1. Update information for all household members other than the child participating in the program from Family Information (not necessary if there are no changes).

3. How to Log in to MyPage

1. Log in

Once you logged in, click Japan Preschool Exchange MyPage.
Note that for login during the second time or thereafter, the Japan Preschool Exchange MyPage may open without clicking.
 

2. Updating Information

Answer to Preliminary Questions

Click “▶My Reservations”

➁ Open the page for the reservation made this time from the list.

③ Click “Answer to preliminary questions” button located at the top right.

④ Enter your responses to the preliminary questions below, then click “Confirm” followed by "Post”.

  • Emergency contact
  • About publishing your child's photo
  • Cooperation for media coverage
  • Motivation/reason for your application
 

Registering/Updating Children’s Information

➀ Click “▶Children's Information”.

➁ Click on the child who will be participating the program from the list of family information.

③ Click “Add child information” button located at the top right.

④ Enter your responses to the mandatory questions below, then click “Confirm” followed by "Post”.

  • Basic Information
  • Allergy information
  • Living conditions
 

Registering/Updating Family Information

➀ Click “▶Family Information”.

 

➁ Click “here” to add your child information.

If this is your second or more time participating in Japan Preschool Exchange and there have been changes to the family information previously registered, please proceed to ④.

③ Enter your responses to the questions, then click “Confirm” followed by "Post”.

Add all family members in the household, regardless of whether they will accompany the child for the program.
 

④ If you need to edit the registered information:

Click on the family member you would like to edit from the list of family information. Edit, then click “Confirm” followed by "Post”.
