◎ Please submit application documents within the specified deadline.
In preparation for your family's arrival, teachers and accommodation staff will conduct preliminary checks. We kindly request your cooperation in preparing and submitting the necessary documents by the designated deadline.
◎ Recommended enrollment in domestic travel accident insurance (optional)
As a precautionary measure, we recommend enrolling in domestic travel accident insurance. Enrollment is optional, so please consider this option at your discretion.
◎ Regarding the schedule during nursery school enrollment
Initially, a familiarization period may be necessary based on the child's age. We recommend allowing flexibility in scheduling work considering potential adjustments due to the child's health and adaptation to an unfamiliar environment.
◎ Please bring an ample amount of cash to your study abroad destination.
There may be expenses such as meals and parking fees that are not included in the accommodation charges and need to be paid in cash on-site. Please ensure you have enough cash prepared in advance.
◎ Response to infectious diseases such as COVID-19.

About Pre-Interview with the Preschool Teachers
We will provide you with separate guidance via email.
A pre-interview will be conducted with the preschool at the Preschool Exchange destination. This is an opportunity to directly communicate with the teachers for questions and discussions.
This will be a zoom interview.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation after booking, the following cancellation fees will apply.

Application to Departure Process

2. Reservation
We will provide the link after a zoom consulting. Please apply through process 1.
3. Confirmation of Reservation from the Administration Office
Upon making a reservation through the special site, your reservation will be confirmed with the "Reservation Approval Notice" from the administration office.
※ Please note that although payment information is required in advance, the actual payment date will be the "first day of the preschool exchange" as the starting date.
※ Depending on the age of other children preschool exchange at the same time or the availability of the preschool, there may be cases where we cannot accept your application. (We regret that we cannot provide individual responses regarding specific preschool conditions. Thank you for your understanding in advance.)
3. Registration of Family Information
After the reservation is confirmed, we kindly ask you to register your family information through the Google form that will be sent by the administration office.
4. Interview with the Preschool
Once the registration of family information is completed, we will send you a notification regarding the interview reservation.
We will conduct a preliminary interview with the preschool where your child will be enrolling. This will be an opportunity for you to directly communicate with the teachers and ask any questions you may have.
The interview is scheduled for approximately 30 minutes during weekdays, about one month before the departure.
